【Job Description】
- Plan to execute activities to achieve the KPI that is set.
- Lead team members to do activities that are planned.
- Manage daily work both normal and abnormal work.
- Control change points on a daily basis.
- Check the progress of activities and check daily work results.
- Lead team members to find improvement ideas
- Report the progress of activities and daily results to superiors.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.
- 2 yrs. in the production process of manufacturing and industrial businesses.
- Skills in Ms. Office, SAP, or Oracle (Nice to have)
- Communication in English, can-do attitude, positive with team collaboration.
