【Job Description】
• Maintain and support existing systems (ERP and other internal platforms), including system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate software and hardware installations and upgrades, working closely with the central IT Service Desk, Infrastructure, Data Security, and Network Security teams.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for hardware, software, and operating systems to ensure seamless user experience.
• Generate IT-related reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within the SAP system, including application-level troubleshooting and error resolution.
• Perform additional tasks and assignments as delegated by supervisors.

【Qualification】
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in ERP system support or implementation. (New graduates will also be considered)
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP MM, SAP PP).
• Skilled in analyzing and improving workflows using technology to enhance accounting and business operations.
• Programming experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
