【Job Description】
- Responsible for SAP Functional Support for any modules (MM/SD/PP/WMS)
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet projects standards / procedure.
- Responsible to be the 1st person to in-charge of user's problem and convey solutions.
- Maintain and/or Update manual and related IT document include training users.
- Understand business processes in order to consult and support user smoothly.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in SAP Functional Support.
- Experience with specific SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, or WMS is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of one or more SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, WMS) and the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good in both writing and speaking English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
