【Job Description】
- Oversee purchasing system both of direct, in-direct material since sourcing until stock management.
- Sourcing vendors/products with competitive prices, while maintaining better or comparable quality and services.
- Lead the development and execution of effective purchasing strategies.
- Effective the procurement management.
- Manage and make forecast purchasing pricing and amount, budget control and analysis and cost down activity.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with selected vendors. Build strong relationships with them and evaluate their performance to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Set cost reduction target and action plan and follow up the result in order to achieve the target.
- Verify and authorize procurement orders. Ensure products/services to be ordered/received are in accordance with the user requirements and within a reasonable budget.
- Coach and monitor the purchasing team to align with policy, process and procedure of the organization.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years of Purchasing experience within the Manufacturing Business. (Automotive Business is an advantage)
- At least 2 years of Assistant Manager or Manager Level.
- Having excellent analytical , strategic thinking skills and problem solving skill.
- Strong negotiation & collaboration skills and continuously looking for commercial opportunities.
- Good English both of writing and specking in business communication. (TOEIC 550 Score is an advantage)
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP / SAP and Microsoft Offices.
