【Job Description】
• Control the QA system to meet customer requirements and international quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
• Lead the QA/QC team to conduct inspections, control quality issues, and implement corrective actions effectively
• Oversee quality inspection processes including incoming, in-process, and final inspection
• Oversee according to new products, new design, New tooling transfer and change management .
• Coordinate with customer and handle customer complaints and claims, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate and support both internal and external audits, and ensure effective audit follow-up
• Monitor quality KPIs and initiate continuous improvement activities
• Work closely with production, engineering, and customers to ensure product quality during new product development (NPD)
• Manage, train, and develop the QA team to enhance technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

【Qualification】
Age : 30-40 , Gender : Male/Female
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field
• At least 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Skilled in root cause analysis tools such as 8D Report, 5Why, and Fishbone Diagram
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Good command of English, Japanese language skills will be considered an advantage
