【Job Description】
• Supervise and manage quality inspection activities including incoming materials, in-process checks, and final product
inspections.
• Ensure all quality procedures comply with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Investigate and follow up on production and customer quality issues (claims, non-conformities).
• Coordinate with related departments to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Prepare quality documents according to new products, new design and change management such as inspection
standards, control plans, PCR, ECN and 8D reports.
• Monitor and coach the QA/QC team to maintain effective inspection and quality awareness.
• Act as liaison with customers and internal teams regarding product quality standards and audit findings.

【Qualification】
• Age : 30-40 Gender : Male/Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Able to read mechanic drawings and use precise measuring instruments.
• Strong in root cause analysis tools such as 8D Report, 5Why, and etc.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Good command of English is an advantage
