【Job Description】
• Manage, and control production processes for plastic injection lines to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and control manufacturing costs.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company’s QMS (Quality management system).
• Collaborate with planning, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise manpower allocation, shift schedules, and provide training and coaching to production staff.
• Analyze production output, identify problems, and implement improvement activities.
• Support new product introductions (NPI), sample builds, and trial runs.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

【Qualification】
• Age : 30-40 , Gender : Male
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within plastic injection and automotive industries
• Strong understanding of plastic molding processes, Molds, and quality control
• Strong understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and problem-solving tools (5Why, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, TPM)
• Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple levels
• Excellent planning, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Good command of English, Japanese language skills will be considered an advantage
