【Job Description】
• Monitor and control product quality throughout the plastic injection processes.
• Analyze in-process defects and identify root causes using tools such as 5Why, 8D.
• Collaborate with production, Molds, Engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain and update quality-related documents such as Control Plans, Inspection standard, and Check Sheets.
• Conduct regular audits on production lines and support internal/external quality audits.
• Track and report on key quality indicators (e.g., defect rate, scrap rate, rework).
• Provide technical support in new product trials, process changes, and process validations.
• Train operators and line leaders on quality awareness and inspection techniques.

【Qualification】
• Age : 30-40 , Gender : Male/Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields).
• 2–5 years of experience in quality control or quality engineering in the automotive plastic parts industry.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and in-line quality control systems.
• Familiarity with quality tools and systems: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5Why, 8D Reports.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• English communication skills are required.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, quality reporting software)
