Transportation Control Tower Supervisor

【Location】
Head Office (FYI Center Building) Bangkok, Klongtoey

【Job Description】
‒ Supervise and coordinate transport operations by managing schedules, resources, and real-time tracking systems to ensure efficient execution
‒ Communicate transport status and operational updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring full visibility and alignment across functions
‒ Collect, analyze, and interpret transport-related data using appropriate tools to support decision-making and performance optimization
‒ Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on transport performance, KPIs, and improvement plans for senior management and key stakeholders
‒ Lead continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions based on feedback and operational insights
‒ Monitor and resolve transport-related issues arising during daily operations or escalated by internal teams and external partners, ensuring minimal disruption and service continuity
‒ Lead and mentor a team of control tower staff, fostering a proactive and accountable work environment focused on operational excellence
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
‒ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transport operations, logistics coordination, or control tower management
‒ Proven experience in supervising teams and managing transport operations in a high-volume or time-sensitive environment
‒ Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), SQL Server and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
‒ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex operational data and translate into actionable insights
‒ Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, service providers, and senior stakeholders
‒ Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision
‒ Good command of both written and spoken English
