Corporate Legal Supervisor

【Location】
Head Office (FYI Center Building) Bangkok, Klongtoey

【Job Description】
‒ Draft, review and revise business contracts or agreements.
‒ Advise on contract status, legal risks, and legal liabilities related to a logistics business both in Thai and English.
‒ Offer counsel on a variety of legal issues and conduct legal researches.
‒ Handle labor issues and other litigation's by monitoring, prosecuting and coordinating with legal firms.
‒ Be responsible for other legal assignments given from time to time.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor degree or Higher in Laws
‒ Hold a lawyer license
‒ At least 3 years experienced in Corporate Legal, Logistics field would be advantage
‒ High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
‒ Good command of English both spoken and written (TOEIC Score 700 up)
‒ Excellent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word
