Government Relations

【Location】
Head Office (FYI Center Building) Bangkok, Klongtoey

【Job Description】
‒ Manage all Business Licenses Related to Logistics Operations by monitoring and updating all licenses and permits such as warehouse operation licenses, land and building tax, multimodal transport registration, factory licenses, etc
‒ Plan and coordinate with government agencies to renew all necessary licenses within the required timeframes
‒ Notify relevant departments prior to license expiration to ensure compliance and avoid legal penalties
‒ Liaise with external bodies such as the Department of Industrial Works, Marine Department, and other government authorities as needed
‒ Prepare summary reports of licenses that are expired or nearing expiration.
‒ Draft, review, and manage company power of attorney documents, both internal and external
‒ Provide guidance on legal compliance related to warehousing, logistics operations, and taxation
‒ Prepare and submit necessary documentation upon request from internal departments or government agencies
‒ Maintain and organize important company documents and assets, including land title deeds, company house registration, and other key legal papers
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
‒ At least 2–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal coordination, or license management (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or transportation)
‒ Strong understanding of government licensing processes and relevant regulations (e.g., hazardous materials, warehouse operations, transport licensing)
‒ Excellent organizational and document management skills
‒ Good communication and coordination skills, especially when dealing with government agencies
‒ Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
‒ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
‒ Knowledge of legal documentation is a plus
