Warehouse Supervisor [Automotive] / Bangna KM.36 [ปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์-เสาร์]

นิคมอุตสาหกรรมเวลโกรว์ (Wellgrow Industrial Estate) บางนาตราด กม.36 จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา

【Job Description】
‒ Monitor and control the inbound and outbound processes for automotive spare parts, ensuring accurate receipt and dispatch of goods according to established standards
‒ Verify and accurately record receiving documents in the system, such as delivery notes and inspection records, and update information in the Inventory Management System
‒ Inspect incoming spare parts for quality, ensuring alignment with purchase orders, and address issues related to damaged or missing items
‒ Efficiently allocate storage space and plan for new stock based on item types and operational requirements
‒ Collaborate with the purchasing team on deliveries and coordinate with suppliers to resolve product-related issues
‒ Supervise order processing to ensure accurate part selection, proper packaging, and timely shipment dispatch
‒ Verify and maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, including shipping labels, invoices, and packing lists, while updating the Inventory Management System
‒ Inspect outbound products for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards to minimize errors and returns
‒ Generate outbound performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management or any related field
‒ Proven experience at least 4 years in Warehouse Operation with experience from Automotive Manufacturing and Onsite Customer will be an advantage
‒ Proven experience in managing subcontractor will be an advantage
‒ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
‒ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
