【Job Description】
‒ Support new project launches with a focus on enhancing productivity, operational performance, and capacity
‒ Monitor continuous improvement activities, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions for optimization.Lead warehouse teams in implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency
‒ Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) data to generate reports, insights, and analytics that support decision-making and strategic planning
‒ Collaborate with IT and business units to resolve system issues, improve functionality, and optimize overall performance
‒ Analyze existing manufacturing and warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies
‒ Coordinate with external organizations on various quality system related matters to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
‒ At least 3 years proven experiences in process improvement, warehouse project improvement and development or systems support
‒ Strong understanding of WMS and its application in manufacturing environments
‒ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making
‒ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
‒ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
‒ Knowledge of quality management systems and internal audit processes is an advantage
