【Job Description】
- Managing daily operations: Answering phone call, welcoming visitors, checking documents from mailbox, managing the parking stamp system for visitors
- Handling general administrative tasks and company document management, including internal documents, AGM reports, and purchase orders for the office
- Managing and maintaining office devices, equipment, and facilities
- Arranging schedule for meetings, hotels, restaurants, and other activities
- Coordinating support services with external parties, such as cleaning, security, IT, government agencies, and others
- Providing general support to the company as needed
【Qualification】
- Female only
- Age: 22-28
- Have experience in HR & GA
- New graduate are welcome
- Language: Basic English Skill
- The expected start date is July 21.
【Allowance & Benefit】
- Transportation fee 2,000 THB
- Japanese Language Fee (N3/N2/N1)
- Allowance (After Probation) : Diligent Allowance, AIA, Health Check Up, Company Outing, Year End Party, PVD Fund
- Allowance (at the 1st date): SSO
- Probation: 90 days (maybe extend to 120 days depends on their performance)
- Leave: Sick Leave(30 days) / Business Leave(6days) / Vacation Leave (6 days)
