【Job Description】
We are looking for a Overseas Procurement Officer, managing the import of food materials from overseas suppliers.
- Source and evaluate overseas suppliers of food ingredients (raw materials)
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with international vendors
- Manage the import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery follow-up
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and import regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reordering
- Liaise with internal departments including R&D, QA, and production
- Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis
- Handle supplier audits and performance evaluations

【Qualification】
- Any age, Any gender
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of experience in overseas procurement, or import logistics
- Work experience in the food industry
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, and food safety standards
- Negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and shipment timelines
- MS word & Excel skills (If can use ERP system advantage)

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Salary around 40,000B (Maximum 50,000 B)
(During probation the Base salary is 95%, after probation it will be provided 100%)
- SSO
- Mobile allowance: 300 B / Month
- Transportation: Actual rate
- Probation: 119 days

【Working Hour】
8:00-17:00
Saturday work: Depends on the company regulation
Annual leaves: 6 days
