【Job Description】
■ Accounting work (90%)
- Manage all functions of the Finance & Accounting department including bookkeeping and tax filing
- Records receipts and disbursements, prepare journal entries, reconcile and adjust account balances on the system
- Maintain the general ledger to include the preparation of journal entries
- Issue invoices and check all types of receipt, disbursement documents and related receipt payments
- Verify the correctness of supporting documents for petty cash disbursement as well as prepare documents and record related accounts. (if any)
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliations e.g. Bank reconciliation, AR, AP
- Prepare Monthly Tax (VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), etc.) for submission to Revenue Department and check to ensure all tax documents are complete and available
- Coordinate with various teams in the organization to follow up on the complete documents
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed
- Performs cash management and submits on weekly basis
- Be able to give advice/suggestion to all team members and customers
- Taking responsibility for the audit.
- Contact DBD, Social security office, and Revenue Department for certification Copy and update company documents ex. Company Certificate, BOJ 5, PND. Etc
■ HR/GA support (10%)
- Recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefit
- Oversee personnel and administrative tasks including salary and daily wages
- Ensure legal compliance in human resource management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy
- Manage staff benefits & welfare, such as group insurance and social security
- Supervise the cleanliness, security, assets and facilities within the organization
【Qualification】
- Age: 25-35 ideally
- Gender: Female only
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
‐ Experienced in accounting within organizations with 20 or fewer employees
- Must be able to independently handle all accounting tasks using Express software
- Language: Capable of internal communication in English (TOEIC 600+ preferred)
