IT Support
【Location】Head Office (FYI Center Building) Bangkok, Klongtoey

【Job Description】
‒ Installing and configuring computer hardware operation system and application
‒ Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone to help set up system or resolve issues
‒ Trouble shooting system problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
‒ Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issue
‒ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information System or relevant field.
‒ Good communication skill and interpersonal skills working with teams.
‒ Knowledge of basic networking concepts, devices and security.
‒ Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
