Oversea Coordinator
【Location】Head Office (FYI Center Building) Bangkok, Klongtoey

【Job Description】
‒ Deal directly with customers and Oversea Agent either by email, telephone or face to face.
‒ Provide pricing and delivery information to Oversea agent or Customers.
‒ Respond promptly to customer and Oversea Agent inquiries with rapidly timeframe.
‒ Handle and resolve customer or agent complaints.
‒ Maintain customer databases.
‒ Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
‒ Manage and take care customers' accounts.
‒ To be able to explain a wind range of duties that deal with each step of the shipping process.
‒ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
‒ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Logistics Management or any related field
‒ Attention to documentary, gathering data and follow up.
‒ Good communication skill and problem solving skill.
‒ Good command in English (TOEIC score 700 up)
‒ Ability in Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
