【Job Description】
1.Contact Routing: Customers, factory, Japan BU, Sales team.
2.Directly contact customers: Mainly government/state enterprise/private companies.
-To approach Smart City products.
-To monitor and update all issues that will affect business (up/down/lost/win) such as demand, competitor status, market, forecast, order, delivery, quotation, payment, price issues, etc.
3.Market research and visiting potential customers in Thailand: (one-day trip or overnight).
-To find government/infrastructure projects and understand TOR requirements.
4.Visiting customers to approach and expand more business, and new project development.
5.Provide visiting reports and monthly topics to the Manager and team on the same day.
6.Communicate with Partners:
-To find new opportunities and collaborate/support to build projects until completion.
-To update weekly and monthly status such as project progress, pending issues, action plans, etc.
7.Summarizing and reviewing business status:
-The number of sales plans (twice a year).
-Sales estimation, forecast (twice a month), then find actions to achieve the target.
-Verify the root cause/reason of sales results (up/down).
-Keep updated/report overall business status to the team.
8.Internal communication:
-Bangkok sales team: Customer service, product coordinator, and other involved persons to update customer status and support all issues related to the business.
-Japan team: Sales, Business unit, Product Manager, Application Engineering to update R&D status, customer demand, sales plan, estimation, price, etc.
-Factory: Production, Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, Legal, and close discussion to meet customer requirements.

【Qualification】
-Education: Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
-Age: 27-35 years old, Male or Female.
-Experience: A few years in government and infrastructure projects or related fields.
-Basic lighting knowledge about outdoor lighting.
-Good communication and negotiation skills, and a service mind.
-Proactive, highly responsible, conscientious.
-Willing to work well under pressure, punctual.
-Language: English TOEIC score minimum 600. Japanese communication is an advantage.
-Microsoft Office proficiency:
-Excel: Daily need for basic Excel formula knowledge and willingness to learn more.
-PowerPoint: Able to create materials and give presentations in English.
-Word: Basic skill.
