Safety Supervisor

【Location】
Ladlumkaew, Pathum Thani

【Job Description】
‒ Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety operations policies and procedures for both warehouse and land transport.
‒ Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of warehouse facilities, equipment, vehicles, and transport routes.
‒ Identify workplace hazards in warehouses and on the road; implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
‒ Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations, transport safety laws, and company policies.
‒ Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, or near misses in warehouse or transport settings; prepare detailed reports and recommend improvements.
‒ Plan, coordinate, and deliver safety training programs for warehouse workers, drivers, and related staff (e.g., forklift operation, vehicle safety, PPE use).
‒ Collaborate with warehouse managers, fleet supervisors, and other departments to promote a safety culture.
‒ Maintain and update safety documentation including incident logs, inspection records, and training attendance.
‒ Coordinate emergency preparedness drills for warehouse and transport operations.
‒ Stay updated on relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Logistics, Transport Management, or related field preferred.
‒ 3-5 years experience in safety supervision, ideally covering both warehouse and land transport environments.
‒ Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards (OSHA or local equivalent) and road transport safety regulations.
‒ Certification such as transport/warehouse safety certifications is preferred.
‒ Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
‒ Proficient in safety management software, MS Office, and familiarity with warehouse/fleet management systems.
‒ Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
‒ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and leadership capability.
‒ Ability to manage multiple safety priorities in both warehouse and transport settings effectively.
