Inventory Officer

【Location】
Ladlumkaew, Pathum Thani

【Job Description】
‒ Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP
‒ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
‒ Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses, reporting findings to management.
‒ Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory according to company standards.
‒ Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure proper documentation and inventory updates.
‒ Coordinate with the warehouse team and transport planning team to support accurate and complete order fulfillment for customers.
‒ Prepare inventory-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
‒ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
‒ Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience in a logistics, freight, or warehouse setting.
‒ Familiarity with WMS, TMS, or inventory tracking tools.
‒ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
‒ Good organizational and time management skills.
‒ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
‒ Proficient in MS Excel; experience with inventory systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
‒ Good communication and coordination skills.
