Accounting Supervisor

【Location】
Bangkok, Phayathai

【Job Description】
‒ Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
‒ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
‒ Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
‒ Monitor compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant laws.
‒ Review and approve invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
‒ Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and support.
‒ Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
‒ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
‒ Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
‒ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
‒ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
‒ Proficient in accounting software:Express and Microsoft Office.
‒ Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
‒ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
‒ Good communication skills in English
