Sales Assistant Manager (English/Chinese Speaking)

Sriracha Chonburi

【Job Description】
‒ Identify and approach new clients to expand the customer base; grow business with existing clients.
‒ Manage sales pipeline strategically to meet business development targets.
‒ Build and maintain strong client relationships through visits, calls, and regular communication.
‒ Retain and grow existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction.
‒ Gather client feedback and resolve concerns to strengthen relationships.
‒ Collaborate with internal teams and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations and develop tailored solutions
‒ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
‒ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or freight forwarding.
‒ Knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Shipping, and NVOCC.
‒ Proficient in English (TOEIC 700+) and Chinese (HSK5).
‒ Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and PowerPoint.
‒ Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
‒ Target-driven, customer-focused, hardworking, and mature.
