HR Officer

【Location】
Bangkok, Phayathai

【Job Description】
‒ Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
‒ Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
‒ Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
‒ Assist in administering employee benefits and payroll coordination.
‒ Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
‒ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
‒ Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
‒ Coordinate training and development activities.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
‒ 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles is preferred.
‒ Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
‒ Strong organizational and communication skills.
‒ Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus.
‒ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
‒ Team player with a proactive attitude.
