Transport Operations Manager (Nationwide/General/Milk run - Transportation)

【Location】Bangna Trad KM.19, Samutprakarn

【Job Description】
‒ Manage and control operational costs using monthly P&L reports; identify and reduce unnecessary expenses.
‒ Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth transportation services.
‒ Oversee daily transportation operations, investigate claims, and support the team in resolving issues.
‒ Monitor performance of both in-house fleet and subcontractors.
‒ Ensure site safety compliance with traffic laws and government regulations.
‒ Improve operational procedures to maintain high standards and efficiency.
‒ Resolve operational issues in line with company policies.
‒ Coach and develop staff to drive continuous improvement.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
‒ 5–7 years of experience in nationwide transportation operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role; on-site customer experience is a plus.
‒ Strong knowledge of transportation operations, cost analysis, safety, and aftersales service.
‒ Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
‒ Proficient in English (spoken and written).
‒ Skilled in MS Office, TMS, and WMS systems.
