Transport Operations Manager (Trailer Operations)

【Location】Sriracha Chonburi

【Job Description】
‒ Oversee transport operations for assigned customer accounts, focusing on trailer management.
‒ Deliver transportation services that meet customer needs and strengthen business relationships.
‒ Lead the transport team to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and quality.
‒ Develop and implement transportation strategies aligned with business goals.
‒ Make strategic decisions to protect partnerships and minimize risks.
‒ Manage transportation budgets and P&L responsibilities.
‒ Plan and coordinate transportation activities within the assigned area.
‒ Identify service gaps and implement solutions to improve transportation performance.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
‒ Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation management (3PL preferred).
‒ At least 5 years in leadership and management roles.
‒ Experience in planning, budgeting, and managing 3PL operations.
‒ Strong organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
‒ Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
‒ Proficient in English.
