Transport Strategy & Business Analysis Manager

【Location】Head Office (FYI Center Building) Bangkok, Klongtoey

【Job Description】
‒ Support the development of transport strategies across all business groups in alignment with LT’s overall direction.
‒ Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and benchmark trends for strategic decision-making.
‒ Conduct industry analysis to assess market trends, operational effectiveness, and customer behavior.
‒ Develop improvement plans aligned with company strategy.
‒ Collaborate with Business Development to grow existing business and explore new markets.
‒ Ensure cross-departmental collaboration for successful project execution.
‒ Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, ESG, and internal policies.
‒ Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure performance and accountability.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
‒ Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/transportation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
‒ Strong knowledge in transportation, logistics, vendor management, cost structure, and compliance.
‒ Strategic thinking, leadership, project and risk management, and problem-solving skills.
‒ Ethical, adaptable, result-oriented, and team-focused.
‒ Excellent communication, negotiation, and fluent in business English.
