【Job Description】
- Coordinate with internal and external departments, prepare documents, and assist team members in their work.
- Coordinate with internal and external organizations, prepare documents for support all related activities, and associate team members to complete the tasks
【Qualification】
- Female age less than 27
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
- New Graduate or Work Experience: No experience to at least 3 years of working experience in coordinating and managing sales documents.
- Knowledge of transportation, import-export.
Positional competence:
-Able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and can use the company's internal programs.
-Can communicate in English.
-Able to coordinate and communicate with internal and external departments of the organization.
-Able to solve basic immediate problems.
Other features:
-Able to work under pressure.
-Able to negotiate with internal and external agencies of the organization.
-Able to work overtime.
-Able to listen to others' opinions.
