Billing & Controller Manager (Transportation)

【Location】 Head Office, FYI Center

【Job Description】
‒ Monitor and reconcile transport revenues and expenses (e.g., vendors, subcontractors, fuel, M&R, tires, petty cash).
‒ Promote transparency, internal controls, and good governance within transport operations.
‒ Reduce petty cash usage and encourage direct company-to-company payments.
‒ Verify and approve disposal/sale of old assets and consumables.
‒ Implement e-bidding for transportation procurement.
‒ Control CAPEX and monitor budget vs. actual spending.
‒ Explore and implement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for key cost areas.
‒ Introduce IT and automation solutions to improve billing and spending efficiency.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
‒ Minimum 7 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or procurement.
‒ At least 3 years in a managerial role.
‒ Strong knowledge of financial accounting and budgeting.
‒ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
‒ Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
‒ Good command of English.
