HR Operations & ER Manager

【Location】 Head Office (FYI Center Building) Bangkok, Klongtoey

【Job Description】
‒ Oversee daily HR operations for on-site/blue-collar employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and HR administration.
‒ Provide HR support for specific and ad-hoc operational projects.
‒ Ensure fair and legal disciplinary processes.
‒ Communicate HR policies and updates effectively across multiple sites.
‒ Foster strong employee and labor union relations aligned with company policies.
‒ Manage compliance with anti-drug and White Factory initiatives per labor regulations.
‒ Lead HR teams across sites to deliver timely and quality HR services.
‒ Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employee matters.
Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
‒ Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Law, Political Science, or Business Administration.
‒ 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
‒ Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR operations.
‒ Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
‒ Proficient in English and MS Office.
‒ Willing to travel to operational sites.
