【Job Description】
You will primarily be responsible for the management of the Manufacturing Division, which includes Production Control, Process Management, and Quality Control.
■ Management & Strategy:
- Oversee budget planning, business management, personnel planning, and staff development/guidance.
■ Internal & External Coordination:
- Handle coordination with the Japanese Head Office (HQ).
- Manage negotiation and liaison with Japanese suppliers.
■ Workforce Overview:
- The factory employs approximately 240 staff (including 3 Japanese expatriates).
- Approximately 160 employees are in the injection molding department (mostly in their 30s and 40s).

【Qualification】
- Age & Gender: Any
- Salary: Compensation exceeding 100,000 THB can be considered based on experience

[ Must ]
★ Priority 1: Business Level Japanese skill (JLPT N2 or higher), with strong reading, writing, and business email creation skills
　 ＞ Priority 2: Experience
　　 Experience in Japanese manufacturing
　　 Preferred background: Factory Management, Manufacturing, Production Technology, Production Control, Project Engineering, or Purchasing/Procurement ＞ Back-office roles (HR/Admin, etc.)

[ Advantage ]
- Work experience in the Japanese automotive parts manufacturing industry
(Ideally in a company size of 200-300 employees)
- Knowledge of ISO and IATF standards
- Candidate who is seeking long-term employment with stability (not frequently changing jobs)
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with the Japanese HQ, internal departments, and suppliers
- Positive attitude toward the manufacturing industry, especially in areas plastic injection molding
