【Job Description】
- Oversee General Affairs and HR (HR, BOI, Purchasing, IT, Safety Management)
- Supervise Accounting (Accounting and BOI matters)
- Report directly to the Japanese Head Office and Japanese Management
- Any other related jobs

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Age: 40–50years old
- Gender: Any
- English: Able to write reports and emails
- Japanese: Business level (used in internal communications)

Required experience and skills:
- Management experience in HR, General Affairs, and Accounting
- Experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in a company of similar or larger size
- Experience working in a Japanese company

Preferred Traits:
- Able to identify organizational issues and lead improvements by involving relevant teams
- Cost-conscious and able to manage and reduce unnecessary expenses
