【Job Description】
-Main: Planning, construction and operation of personnel evaluation systems
・Analyze issues with the current evaluation system and develop improvement proposals
・Design new evaluation criteria (KPIs, competencies, etc.) in line with the company's vision and business strategy
・Introduce the evaluation system, hold internal briefings, and promote its establishment
・Analyze evaluation results and manage the process of reflecting them in salary increases, bonuses, and promotions
-Planning Human resource development plan
-Planning and revision of compensation and employee benefits systems
-Business trip once a week (day trip) to cooperate with group companies in Prachinburi
【Qualification】
-Thai nationality
-Experience in involvement in the design, construction, implementation, or operation of personnel evaluation systems
-Experience managing subordinates
-HR experience in manufacturing industry
