【Job Description】
-Oversee overall production control operations (planning, progress tracking, performance management)
-Identify issues in the production process and lead improvement initiatives
-Lead ISO-related tasks (document control, audit preparation, compliance management)
-Manage and train production staff (mainly Thai employees)
-Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) targets are consistently met
-Prepare various reports and documents using office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
-Support maintenance and handle electrical/equipment-related issues (depending on experience)
-Regularly report to the Plant Manager and upper management and provide strategic input
-Other tasks assigned or needed to be done as a manager

【Qualification】
Must:
-Experience in manufacturing industry
-Over 5 years of experience in production management
-Proficiency in creating reports and documents using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Prefer:
-Experience in the automotive industry
-Experience with ISO-related tasks (can be partially compensated through training)
-Experience in electrical and equipment maintenance
