【Job Description】
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions related to maintenance activities, including scheduling, documentation, record-keeping, and internal/external communications
- Handle all matters related to insurance coverage for maintenance works, including preparation, submission, and follow-up of relevant documentation
- Receive, log, and respond to maintenance requests from customers via telephone and email, ensuring timely and accurate action
- Track and monitor scheduled maintenance activities in collaboration with the Compliance Officer to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards
- Initiate, receipt, and manage purchase orders in compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Manage and control spare parts inventory on-site, including regular reporting, stock reconciliation, and ensuring availability for maintenance needs
- Liaise with customers on matters related to sales and operations, including invoice follow-ups, store openings and closures, and product return/claim processes
- Maintain an organized and secure filing system for all correspondence, invoices, contracts, and maintenance-related documents to ensure ease of access and compliance
【Qualification】
- Education: Bachelor degree
- 2-3 years' work experience
- Product knowledge: Not applicable
- English: Intermediate (Internal conversation is in English)
- Good command in MS program
- Analytical skills: Good Analytical and organizational skills.
