【Job Description】
- Manage motor development projects to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with engineers, and all stakeholders to gather requirements and define motor specifications.
- Coordinate between departments, including suppliers and partners.
- Risk Management and develop strategies to address challenges.
- Control project budgets and report project status to management.
- Promote process improvement, teamwork, and ongoing efficiency enhancements.
- Promote the growth of the team and member.

【Qualification】
- Male only, Age over 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Industiral)
- English: Communication level [Communicate with Supplier]
- Japanese (if possible): Communication level [Communicate with Japanese]
- Proven ability and experience in project management, particularly in product developmenｔ at least 3 years.
- Understanding of Design for Manufacturing processes and analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM.
- Basic knowledge of motor for air-conditioner and electrical appliance design.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to work effectively together.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills at the executive level
- Understanding of motor manufacturing and testing processes, including quality standard requirements.
- Understanding of air conditioning systems or the HVAC industry.
