Customer Service (Automotive and OA Application)

【Job Description】
-Directly deal with customers (Purchasing team, Logistic, Account, and Finance)
-Main task is to access customer website to get forecast, PO, Label, delivery note, Billing, and follow up payment
-Proceed forecast and order into NMB system
-Follow up shipment/delivery reply, check/submit delivery plan to each customer
-Communicate with both customers and Factory side in case of pull in/push out
-Preparing quotation when exchange rate changes and change new price in NMB system
-Prepare sales estimation of each item
-Preparing sales routing in case of new business
-Issue delivery order and communicate with Logistic and warehouse to arrange cargoes to customer
-Issue Tax invoice and send Tax Invoice to customer and submit to NMB account team
-Follow up billing and payment from customer
-Submit AR report for each customer
-Submit sales report for BOI purpose to each customer
-Support sales team in case any action required (Such as unforeseen delivery issue or Quality issue)

Contact Routing
(Customers, Factory, Product Coordinator, Logistic, Account, and Sales team)
-Correspond with customers' Window persons
-Such as: Purchasing, Sourcing, Quality control, Production, Accounting

Internal communication with
-Bangkok sales team: Sales person (Japanese), products coordinator to sharing information and any support
-Other NMB Internal concerned: Production, Logistics, account, Finance


【Qualification】
-Bachelor's Degree – any related field
-Age and Experience: 25-35 years old (experience in related customer service, especially in the manufacturing field)
-Communication skill with Service mind
-English skill: TOEIC score, Min 600, Good Communication and negotiation skills
-Microsoft Office Skill
-Excel: Daily Need basic Excel formula knowledge and attitude to study more
-Word: Basic skill
-Basic knowledge and experience in Logistic / Incoterm
