【Job Description】
- Support existing distributors in Thailand (10-20 connections currently)
- Training and supporting field service engineer teams at distributor involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices
- Assess trainees understanding of the training content for distributor
- Recommend further training or improvement plans
- Support troubleshooting by providing guidance and solutions to field service engineers of distributor
- Assist field service engineers in resolving complex technical issues
- Analyze on-site technical issues as necessary
- Monitor and verify maintenance and repair activities performed by field service engineers
- Provide management with market trends and competitive field activity information, enabling the company to support territory strategies / tactics and react quickly to competitive actions
- Coordinate with Japan Headquarter on technical issues when necessary
‐ Accompany distributor's field engineers on site visits a few times annually.

【Qualification】
‐ Age: Any, but up to 50
- Gender: Prefer Male
- Basic business English writing and speaking skills
- Education: Technical College / Bachelor’s degree or above (in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field)

- Work experience as a Field engineer or any related technical position
- Work experience in Medical device / IVD industry
- Familiarity with troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of equipment and related devices
- Strong communication and teaching skills

- Transportation: Actual rate (for public transportation)
- Support for individual medical insurance: 1,000 THB
