【Job Description】
- Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities, evaluate market potential, and analyze competition within " Mid-East Asia, South Asia, and South-East Asia "
- Product: IVD testing equipment for Diabetes, Urinalysis, Point-of-Care Testing, and Veterinary
- Sales Strategy Development:
Create and execute tailored sales strategies to drive growth across assigned regions, ensuring the products meet the needs of various markets
- Distributor Relationship Management:
Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing distributors, ensuring successful sales performance and revenue growth
- Partnership Expansion:
Identify and establish new distributor partnerships in both established and emerging markets to expand its business footprint
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
Serve as the key point of contact for distributors, working closely with internal teams (Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Logistics, Service, etc) to streamline the sales process and resolve any issues efficiently
- Market Intelligence & Travel:
Conduct regular business trips to maintain and strengthen distributor relationships, and gather valuable market insights to inform sales strategies

【Qualification】
- Bachelor’s degree or above in bioscience or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device or IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry

- Presentation & Communication: Ability to create persuasive sales presentations and confidently present to diverse audiences

- Team-Oriented: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
