【Job Description】
- Review store lease agreements, translate into English and submit to headquarters.
- Manage contracts and related documents (e.g. organize contracts and related documents in google drive).
- Manage contract renewal calendar. Renew leasing contract without missing renewal timings.
- NDA contract management.
- Confirm landlord information at the Land Department.
- Maintenance
-Create workflows application in workflow system
-Coordinate with suppliers
-Assist with mall entry permit applications.
- Other tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
- Gender: Male or Female
- 25 years old and Above
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
- Experience: Prior experience in contract document management and law-related document management and will be given special consideration.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening)
- Negotiation skill
