【Job Description】
- Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and workspace planning.
- Handle basic Legal and compliance-related administrative tasks
- Arrange hotel bookings and transportation for staff and visitors.
- Handle visa applications, work permits, and 90-day notifications for foreign staff
- Supervise company car usage, maintenance schedules
- Provide administrative support to the team members such as arrangements for business trip or simple
market research.
- Handle proper filing of all documents in both hardcopy and softcopy.
- Manage payment processes, including verification and submission of invoices and supporting and
supporting documents
- Communicating with accounting consultant, bank and any other party that is involved in the relevant
work that needs to be done
- Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by a superior.
【Qualification】
- Thai nationality/ 25- 32 years old/ Any gender
- Japanese business level (JLPT N2 up)
- English intermediate level
- General affairs experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. basic function and formula).
