【Job Description】
-Achieve company sales targets (Volume, Price, and Profit) by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the air conditioner sector.
-Expand business by identifying and developing new customers and exploring new product fields (e.g., Automotive and Refrigeration industries).
-Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
【Qualification】
-Male / Female
-Age 30-40 Years old
-Education : Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any related field.
-Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development.
-Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
-Excellent product presentation and sales skills.
-Good calculation skills and proficiency in computer applications.
-Excellent product presentation and sales skills.
-Good communication skills in English (Japanese proficiency is an advantage)
-Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management (CRM) experience.
-Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
