【Job Description】
- Monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Placing orders for new stock to replenish inventory based on demand forecasts and established reorder points.
- Coordinating with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and quality control.
- Overseeing the receiving process, ensuring accurate count and proper storage of incoming goods.
- Conducting regular stock takes and audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Generating reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other relevant data.
- Investigating and resolving issues related to inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
- Delivery purchased items to the customers
- Tracking shipments of inventory, both international and domestic orders and cooperate with freight / forwarder for all relevant matters.

【Qualification】
- Direct Experience: Needed and knowledge of Inventory management program, such as barcode, QR code use will be plus.
- English: YES (Normally, email communication)
- Driving Skill / License (Car): Needed
- Experience with inventory management systems and software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Meticulous in record-keeping and ensuring accuracy in inventory counts.
- Effectively communicating with suppliers, customers, and other departments.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory management.
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve physical activity, such as moving stock.
