【Job Description】
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Language Center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee student well-being (academic, physical, and emotional) and provide counseling when needed.
- Coordinate with instructors and vendors to ensure effective program delivery.
- Lead and support sales and marketing activities, including events, promotions, and student enrollment.
- Monitor inquiries, follow up on potential and inactive customers, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare and manage financial tasks such as invoicing, payroll, accounts receivables, and reporting.
- Maintain inventory, contracts, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Promote teamwork, staff development, and a customer-focused culture within the center.
- Ensure the Language Center’s environment and appearance reflect a professional and positive image.
【Qualification】
- Japanese and English
- Age between 28-40 (A bit more flexible)
- Having a Managerial skills and experience.
- Self-Dependence
*Available to train in Vietnam for 3–4 months.*
