【Job Description】
- Maintain order and provide guidance to clients on various matters within the serviced office.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and handle complaints promptly and appropriately.
- Collaborate smoothly with other departments to enhance client satisfaction.
【Qualification】
- Female, aged 21–24 years *New graduates are welcome*
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Canva
- Good coordination skills
- Good communication skills via email and phone
- Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner and adaptable
- Intermediate English communication skills
- Good personality, friendly and cheerful
