【Job Description】
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers
- Prepare and negotiate quotations and proposals with clear and logical explanations
- Monitor and manage sales targets and budgets
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely shipments
- Collaborate with internal and international teams to coordinate tasks and projects
- Report sales activities and updates to Japanese management in English
- Identify and approach potential new clients

【Qualification】
- Male/Female, Age 25-28 Years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong skills in communication, coordination, and negotiation with logical thinking
- Proactive and motivated attitude to solve problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with manufacturing or Automobile related industry is an advantage
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Business level English skills, Japanese language skills (preferred but not required)
