【Job Description】
-Help manage business plans, budgets, HR, and team coordination.
-Lead daily work, manage the team, and help staff grow
-Grow the business by finding new customers and creating new services
-Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and keep customers satisfaction
-Report to and communicate regularly with head office in Japan

【Qualification】
-Thai nationality
-Good command to communicate in Japanese
-Have working experience as managerial position at Manufacturing
