【Job Description】
- Design products according to customer specifications
- Design jigs or CF for used in manufacturing
- Collaborate with the parent company in Japan
- Product/production improvement activities, research and development of production systems to increase efficiency
- Preparation of design review documents to support the implementation of new equipment (technical assistance)
- Assessment of existing production systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and production requirements
- Research and development of improved production systems
- Inspection and verification of production systems to ensure smooth operation
- Research and development of improved production systems
- Design of equipment or operating systems to enhance product efficiency
- Develop production system user manuals for employees
- Coordinate with relevant agencies to receive feedback and identify operational limitations for further production system development

【Qualification】
- Male/Female
- Aged 25-40
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing or a related field
- Knowledge 3D, CAD, CATIA, or CAM software.
- Experience in product design
- Conversational Japanese or English communication skills

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Food Allowance: 880/Month
- Transportation: Actual gasoline fee (Not over 50KM.)
- House allowance: 500/Month
- Living Allowance: 660/Month
- Diligence allowance: 800-2500 (After Probation)

【Working Hour】
8:00-17:00
Monday-Friday and some Saturday, Follows the company calendar (Sat 1-2 per month)
Annual working days: 261 days
