【Job Description】
- Responsible for the design to cost reduction of materials (steel plates, non-ferrous metals, resins, refrigeration parts) for air conditioners and for promoting Value Engineering (VE). Lead teardown activity with ideas creation (Thailand and India)
- Development Policies: Create and implement plans, and oversee their execution. (Establish policies in collaboration with the factory department and participate in supplier audits as needed.)
- Mass Production (MP) Implementation by manage product quality management through design, testing, and audits.
- Review specifications for target materials, test plans, and test management. Collect and review results. (Identify issues based on change points and promote quick implementation through problem resolution.)
- Verify the suitability of manufacturing quality (at the supplier). (Provide guidance to ensure process management aligns with specified technical standards.)
- Pre-considering of ideas proposal with judgement
- Market research experience in Air conditioning

【Qualification】
- Male, Female 36-42 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
- English skill: Middle to Business level
Must:
- Possess expertise in material science, component design, and product development.
- Achieved significant cost reductions and improved product value through Value Engineering (VE) initiatives in the home appliance sector.
- Managed projects and teams, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project execution.
Better:
- Possess a strong background in product development for home appliances, with a specialization in air conditioner technology.
- Skilled in managing and reviewing key development milestones to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Experienced in production quality management, with a focus on maintaining high standards throughout the manufacturing process.
