【Job Description】
In this role, you will be assigned as in charge to support quality control and improvement for software development department.
-Establishing, implementing, conducting, and monitoring to ensure compliance with quality definition
-Analyze gaps and contribution to the continuous improvement of the quality process and definition.
-Provide standard software quality items to be managed and its target value to the development team
-Provide regularly quality report and feedback to team.

【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or any related field.
-Having work experience for software development process and quality control.
-Having work experience in quality assurance over 2 years in software development area. (Engineering field of Automotive, Electronic or IT is preferred)
-Good command in English (Japanese is plus)
-Computer MS-Office Word, Excel, Power point, Internet, Email.
-Can work under pressure and meet the targets.
-Strong mindset of encourage improvement, Good service mind, communication, positive thinking, self-motivated, team player and flexible.

【Allowance & Benefit】
-Diligent Allowance 500-1,000 THB/Month (Not fixed but depend on attendance and will be pay step by step)
-Transportation : 60 THB/Day (Not fixed : but will not pay in case of take leave or holiday.)
-Bonus : 2 time/year- June & Dec (Not fixed: Depend on company profit )
-Provident fund : 5%
-Annual leave : 6-12 Days/Year depending on service years
-Health & Life insurance ( OPD & IPD included)
